PerfectServe® is a highly sophisticated system of clinical communications that brings together physicians, nurses, and other care team members across various healthcare settings. Its primary aim is to streamline workflows by facilitating timely collaboration and communication among care team members.

Features of the PerfectServe Practitioner App:

• Send secure messages to colleagues, including text messages, clinical photos, voice messages, and group messages.
• Utilize Dynamic Intelligent Routing® to automatically identify and connect with the colleague you need to reach at a given moment.
• Make secure calls to patients while protecting your caller ID privacy and overcoming caller ID block. Your office number will appear as the caller ID instead of your personal mobile number.
• Effortlessly sign on or off call and easily change who is covering call responsibilities. Changes take effect immediately.
• Customize your communication preferences to ensure you are reached according to your preferences.
• Set your status to indicate any situations in which you cannot be contacted directly (e.g., during surgery or clinic hours). All communications will be automatically routed to the appropriate backup colleague.
• View and manage patients assigned to your group and decide which provider is responsible for each patient's care.
• Capture charges at the point of care easily with just a few clicks to prevent lost charges and expedite revenue recognition.
